Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company is a model of business which helps company to be responsible against social affairs especially for its effects in the society & environment. In Iran the government is responsible against the social responsibilities and petroleum industry care about the social responsibility in petroleum neighboring areas.
For many years the issue of social responsibilities were forgotten and the people were not aware of it but in the recants years the petroleum industry had remarkable changes as a leading organization. For this purpose the policies of the way of fulfilling social responsibilities in the petroleum industry was notified by the petroleum minister and its executive by-law was approved in 2019.
